VARIO Carbon
The VARIO Carbon is a portable high-performance firefighting system for RIV teams, volunteering and professional firefighters.
The carbon vessel of our newest generation Type 4 of Vario Carbon systems enables higher power and lower weight. Weighing only 20 kg (HiPRESS 9) when filled, VARIO Carbon has a working pressure of 38 bar!
The high throw range of up to 21 m is ideal for fighting fire from a safe distance.
VARIO FUNCTION
The VARIO system let you switch between three different operation modes.
You can choose between wet heavy foam (HiPRESS) and dry adhesive CAFS foam (HiCAFS), depending on a current firefighting situation. By a simple rotation of the swivel gun, an operator can switch from a compact jet to a spray mode, covering larger areas while using less extinguishing agent. The spray mode is perfect for after fires and preventing reignition!
